Sexuality in its forceful animalistic instinct breaks our ego and destroys our normal “façade”. The bull is in the throes of passion, the maiden has orgasmed and has disintegrated. The maiden’s face and body is now an irregular disarray, the bull is flush and driving on, driving on in anticipation of scratching that itch and the release of its relief. There are also images that depict genitalia and other sexual images such as the yellow scratches on her body…

For me, a painting should be self-explanatory. I certainly strive to bring my subjects to life within their own reality.
